That's kinda what happened with me. I had too much ice cream that 1st week then my exhaustion kicked in so I couldn't exercise. Once I was, I was able to take a couple pounds off. Those 4 lbs didn't budge. As of today I'm up 5 lbs total. I think this is officially baby weight!!

I'm also hoping to gain just 25. I started exercising again recently. Trying to watch what I eat. I know how uncomfortable it is to be overweight so I'm kinda nervous about this pregnancy weight! I don't want to gain any more than necessary!

It's been weird since I've only had water for awhile now. I can drink the G2 grape so. I actually had 2 bottles of water today, too. Someone suggested those water add-ins. So I might try that too!

Hi! I'm 32, 5'2", 143 lbs. I found out I was pg last night. I'm about 4 weeks. First baby. My mpf was at 1200. I eat about 1400 though. I started exercising again last week. I plan to do cardio and strength training 3-5 times a week. I want to be healthy during this pregnancy. I do not want to gain too much weight!!

Same here. People suggested removing the food that makes me binge...but I'll eat anything so that doesn't help. Binging is frustrating. You're not alone OP. I do feel out of control of myself during those times.

It would be ideal to eat heavy in the morning and light at dinner! I can definitely tell a difference the next day when I've done so. But fortunately/unfortunately I like to have dinner with my husband. I do get those late night munchies though...I have to take myself to sleep sometimes. Lol.

I'm also on a 1200...I eat mostly a green smoothie for breakfast and popcorn for lunch and save my calories for dinner. Kind of getting bored, too, though. These all sound delicious...!

This happened to me! I was eating right and hitting it hard everyday and I gained weight!! Talk about discouraging! Read up on water weight. Me! I keep "wanting" to work out first thing in the morning and I've yet to get up. And that's because my husband gets up at 5:45 and I'm pretty much laying there half sleeping for 45 minutes. Well...I need to get my *kitten* up!
