Really pushed hard this week. Had a couple cheat meals hangin with new friends this weekend so I didn't log food but down 2.4lbs this week from last. Starting weight: 213.6 Last week: 211 This week: 208.6 Total lost: 5.0lbs

I went up and down this week. Was actually a lb less than this yesterday, but this morning I'm at 211. Down 0.8lbs from last week :(

Weighed 211.8 for the past couple mornings. Down 1.8 from last week. Need to push harder to get past 210

I weighed 213.6 this morning after my walk and shower so that'll be my number. Hoping this will give me the extra little push I'm needing to get under 200 :smiley:
