  • 133 not good. was doing much better a few months ago when i was first diagnosed. Currently on predisone which makes it spike. I'm having a heck of a time watching my carb intake!
  • I'm inspired by many posts. I have got to get serious! I am 57, recently diagnosed Diabetes and seronegative spondyloarthritis and employed full time as a teacher. I have just started using Leslie's DVDs, so I'm setting my goals low, but something I can achieve. I'm going to strive for at least 20 mi this month!
  • I have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and gout. I have been awakened at night by leg cramps and have noticed it is when I don't drink enough water and my BG level is higher.
