2 pounds. I gained 6 pounds wince spring, when I started lifting and got bolder and stronger. I lost these two pounds now, after getting back on track, staying at 200-300 kcal daily deficit. I can do it now without problems, cause I moved out from my parents and I cook for myself. I'm more accurate than before.
-
But anyway the point is, that even with a deficit I keep stalling at this look or else I feel tired, hungry, miserable.
-
Right now I'm in deficit since 3 weeks again, but before that I had a month when I couldn't track calories and ate quite well... I was working as a tour guide, horse riding all day and got hungry...probably ate too much around dinners.
-
Thank you for the first and the last sentences. I think this is what matters most. :) I do know I could be a lot worse and miserable, I do love my body at the moment as well. I just cannot accept that I keep working and I don't get results. Though I don't push myself to the limits, cause I've done that and I realised my…

This is right after waking up in the morning. I went to the bathroom, put some undies on and that's how I look. I don't loose on the scale too much, in fact I gained through the 6 months of lifting. Started from 59 kgs, but flat bum and no muscles. I'm at 62-63 at the moment, but look a lot tighter. I'm just stalling at…

1700-1800 when staying home all day. 2100-2200 when doing horse riding and cycling + 3 times lifting a week. Sadly I'm off of everything due to lower back pain. Got injured on jumping lesson. But my hunger didn't diminish, so I'm getting fat.
-
I have soup everyday for lunch. That is followed by some meat and veggies and starchy carbs like brown rice or potatoes to support my weight lifting.
-
I'm sorry, I don't fit the age, cause I'm 19, but I maintain on 2400, though I ride horses twice a week and lift 3-4 times a week. I am currently 132 pounds, 5'4'' and around 23% bf, far from lean looking.
-
It should be the stress factor with you too. I went to the doc, but they wanted me to take expensive hormones which would mess with other things in my body. I certainly didn't want that and decided to "heal myself". I gave myself some time, ate a lot, took off 3-4 weeks from excersise except horse riding.

Thanks for caring!

Hey everyone! I'm happy too see you're all interested! SO: I gained all of the weight I lost back, while I also joined the gym. I've been lifting for two months now, eating at maintenance, developed some lean mass. When I wrote those lines above I was 125-126 pounds. Now I'm back at 134, but look my best. My arms and…

Depends what is is. One cup of wet sand is heavier than one cup of popcorn.

Kay, haha. That picture was taken by a friend. She tried to get a nice one, but I was pissing her off with not smiling for the camera. :D
-
Well I'm not into girls, so sorry but it's a no

Oh wow. Sorry for stirring the thoughts up. I'll try to figure out what is best for me, going to trial and error. I already know what being in a caloric deficit is and that it works for me, now I'd like to try the muscle gain part. :) Thank you everyone!
-
First muscle gain for 1-2 months now, as I'm lifting heavy, then fat loss. But I have time, so I can take everything slowly.
-
At the moment I'm the skinny fat type. Around 25% bf.
-
Thank you! I appreciate your view as well. Seems like it will be a bulk then first :) How long?
-
Thank you! Also with Springfield's advice, I feel like I should really focus on gaining some muscle mass, then focusing on leaning out. Yes, in my case it means getting toned.
-
Wow! Congrats first of all, you must be proud of what you achieved! I appreciate your advice, will check the bulk part.
-
I have the protein amount right, sometimes I even go overboard on a day. My fat is a teeny tiny bit higher, but only with 16 grams, than 0.35* body weight.
-
Same here, I mean the goals. But muscle gain seems a bit hard for me on low carb...
-
Well not much :P She's conservative.

Update: Yesterday I finally got a PROPER period. It's as heavy as it's been before. Though I needed to gain 4 pounds back, but I feel much better, eat at maintenance (2000 kcals daily) with a lot of healthy fats, but generally clean diet. Being for like a week back on maintenance after a month of caloric surplus I started…

Stress indeed was a major factor that I didn't mention here. I had several exams and some more are still due as I'm at my final year of highschool. Then going to uni, leaving my parents' house... It's all stressing me. I got good results on my latest exams and I hope that will help me settle down a bit. Today I found…

My wrists? They are quite tiny. Why should I measure it? Can you explain this one a bit more into detail? :)
-
Thanks ainov, you cheered me up a bit :) I'll try to get my period on this pill, do the hormone tests she suggested and wait for my body maybe to adjust to the changes.
-
Yes, you might be right. I should try upping my calories and therefore stressing less about fitting in the day. One other problem could have been the stress that counting calories and cutting out white bread and sugary foods put on my mind. But I am happy with my current, healthy foods.

No, no conceiving. No partner.

And to make it clear, I don't want to have a baby, I just think that a healthy woman needs to have monthly periods, otherwise the body is telling that something's wrong. There's the risk of osteoporosis as well. Also, I'm 19 years old, started getting period back when I was 14.
