Greetings and welcome, Im a 40 day noob myself, I have really benefited from this program and am learning a ton on the site. Lots of very supportive folks and like anywhere some who are not. Dont be discouraged but know its normal to feel that way. In the long run the pay off is great. Good luck with your journey.

My Doc said "This medication will help control your blood sugar and many have noted it helps shed some weight". Didn't sound real crazy to this nurse, but then again I am mental health. LOL

95 pounds, super awesome! I wish I had input but I just started this medication. I am losing weight faster than any diet in my life, Im also walking more than I ever have. (Minimal 2 miles a day). I hope to shake this new diagnosis and one day kick the med too. Thanks for starting this thread, Ill be watching it.

I try to "brisk" walk at least 2 miles a day and double up when I can. Ive lost 35 pounds with just walking and diet. At work Im sitting at a desk much of the time, I use my two 15 minute breaks and get a mile in each break.

IMO earning a vacation is earning a lil cut loose time. Its recognized and you can burn a lil harder this week. Dont be too hard on yourself and enjoy your you time too. We have many ways to take care of ourselves and its ok to use the tools we have. Ideally this post is seen as a hug!
