you can make your own protein bars, there are all types of recipes on the net and they would probably be better for you than store bought.

i log everyday and my diary is open. I also have to turn my log in every week to the weight loss clinic I go to..so I am accountable each week. I started my weight loss journey Dec 12 2014 and have lost 32lbs but only started logging here Jan, I was hand writing all of it.

usually a protein shake with some fruit or cheese....I am not a breakfast eater but make myself eat/drink something.

I have hypertension, mine would go up as high as 220/105. I was on 3 bp meds now I am down two. Main thing for me was/is keep my sodium under 2000 and loose weight/exercise. Hopefully by this summer i will be off all bp meds, doc is hoping also.

I did and we liked it but it is a lot of work for a small pizza. I have found for just the two of us it is a whole lot easier using Josephs flat bread(2nd picture)

I love mine, I also use spaghetti squash and Shirataki noodles instead of pasta in most cases.

Tomorrow is my 59th birthday and I was wanting a cake....so I made Skinnytaste Pineapple Zucchini Cake and tweeked it just a bit so without the frosting it is going to be 100 calories per slice. I bought the spiralizer last summer...great gadget. I grow my own Zucchini and love to make the noodles. Also spaghetti squash and also Shirataki noodles make great pasta substitutes. I am only allowed 110 carbs a day so i have learned to improvise..lol

jmho, i would also work on why you are an emotional eater. If you don't conquer that issue also loosing the weight will normally be temporary. Because i have been sick for the last couple of days with cold, i had a yukon gold with greek yogurt cucumber dip and then I had a big bowl of orange sf jello with fresh blueberries, fresh peaches, and yogurt.

I was diagnosed in Dec....was told to loose the weight. ETA, i am now with a weight loss clinic and have a personal nutritionist and work at the gym 4 days a week with 2 days a personal trainer.

I love to bake also and although i have switched over to Swerve or Steviva it is not quite the same. Whole wheat works with some things, but i also use almond flour and coconut flour. I have been on this since Dec 12, through a weight loss clinic and a certified nutritionist. I have lost 30 lbs since this time and I am doing fine. I weigh in every week. I am 5'6 and started at 237lbs I now weigh 205.4 ETA I also see a NP at the weigh in.

I only get 1000 to 1100 calories a day....there is no way I could have one meal that 913 calories.
