I dont see anything wrong with eating the whole egg..i do it every day, my cholesterol is good and I have lost 59lbs. I am going to IHOP today...breakfast will be veggie omelet and fruit bowl. The main thing you have to watch eating out is the sodium...

I mix mine thick enough to spread on a tortilla, add a few banana slices and either fresh strawberry slices or a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon. Makes for a good PB &J not quite the same but gets the same results..

Walden Farms Calorie Free Dressing Bacon Ranch is pretty good, i use it or Kraft Fat Free Ranch, occasionally I use Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette by Virginia Brand. I have to keep my sodium under 2000 so it makes it hard for me to find dressing...lol The bacon ranch is calorie free sugar free and fat free

You still need a variety...there is just the two of us so not much difference. Once you loose the weight what happens....eating healthy is a lifestyle change and if you dont like something now... why would you like it a year from now. If you want a cheeseburger find healthier ways to fix it instead of going to Micky D or a restaurant. I can take lean ground beef and make my own. Or make a turkey…
