I've been having both knee and ankle pain since I started the level 1 workout. The ankle pain seems to go away after the workout, but my knees are starting to worry me since I stopped doing the workouts a week ago today and I'm not seeing any improvement. I'm still hobbling around with a knee brace on.

I have this same concern. I've got it set to have my daily goal reflect a deficit but I'm "gaining" like 800 calories a day in addition to my 1440 goal. I feel like Fitbit is giving me back too much. and I feel like fitbit is giving me back too much.

mmgavitt, can you tell me whether the gps function on the Surge is any good? What benefits having it really offers? Without playing with the device myself I can't tell how it will work exactly, but since the GPS is the only feature I care about that the Surge has and the Charge HR doesn't, I'm wondering if it will be any…

That's interesting since I read on fitbit.com somewhere when I got my Flex that they recommend wearing it on the non-dominant hand. Which has really been bugging me because that just doesn't mesh with my bracelets. I think I'll move it to my dominant hand and see what happens.
