No judgement here, but a bit of advice. I think you would greatly benefit from therapy. There is a reason you don't feel strong, and this is such a struggle for you. Thanks JRP420! I'm attempting to get more fiber in me, and they say that oatmeal is very good for you. The thing is, if I ate oatmeal the same way all the time the boredom would overcome me. So I try to be creative with it. I've even used oatmeal to thicken a few chunky soups with stellar results.

I was so busy yesterday I did not get to share what I ate today, so here it is. Breakfast was Monster cookie oatmeal Snack #1 was Lunch and supper was an Nonnie's Vegetable sandwich. Eggplant, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone, and a dish of marinated mozzarella. Late night snack was an entire crunch pan bag of sliced apples.
