The fact that I now have to really pay attention to every morsel of food I ingest has improved my relationship with food drastically. Overeating, or ingesting too much fat will through me clean under the bus.

Thanks! Good advice. Go back to being a baby. Funny, but I found the only thing I could stomach 6 weeks ago was bananas, and cream of rice. Oh, and full sugar coke, hot tea with real sugar. It was a real nightmare.

Yes, it's real. You need to consult a professional in the field. There are many avenues you can take, they have in house rehab of sorts, and there is of course one on one therapy, as well as group therapy.
