I have soda water with cut up strawberries and mint in it. It's pretty good.

I find, if I eat the food I have planned and prepared - then I don't get tempted. Eat your healthy food BEFORE you get hungry and make bad choices. I time my eating by the clock rather than hunger, so I am never hungry or too full. It's the best secret I've found.
