I started at 200 and I am down to 184. I am seeing the scale drop little by little, however I want to see some change in my clothes and the way my body looks. If you would like to add me as a friend, we can definitely motivate each other.

That is my goal as well. Of course I want to lose some weight, however I want a more permanent change in lifestyle habits. I need to stop with all the junk and focus more about what goes into my body.

What about trying to do more vegetables and and lean protein on those days? You can eat more of those type of items to feel full, but stay in your calorie goal.

No, I do not want a full meal, but my stomach was seriously growling. LOUD! LOUD enough my fiance told me to get something to eat. Lol but you are right, maybe I should try to go to bed earlier. That would help tremendously!

I am pretty sure it is real hunger. I constantly am drinking water. Like last night I was hungry, starving actually around 9, and I had my 32oz cup of water there and drank half of it before I gave into the food. I am getting married next year, and I too need to lose 50! It is going to be hard because I have never lost that much weight ever, but I am at my heaviest and I need to change a lot of things. We can all do it!! Just have to keep our calories and our goals in the forefront of our minds!

I weigh myself every morning. I make sure it is right after I go to the bathroom and I am completely naked. I know numbers can fluctuate a lot but it is definitely something I like to do for myself

My fiance and I went to bonefish on Friday night and we definitely prepared ourselves before we went. We looked online for their menu and then came on MFT to find out what was the best for us and the calories we had left for the day. Preplanning is definitely the best option in my opinion.

What about the mio or Crystal light squirts? That's what I used to do. Or you can make cucumber or lemon water.

I did hear to be careful with what fruits you eat. Some have no much sugar, they are as bad as sweets. Because our body processes sugar the same, doesn't matter where it comes from. Just something I heard.
