I love Adrienne! I don't do as many of her videos as I used to since I joined my gym (that's all group fitness classes), but I think she's a great teacher and does a nice mix of flows.

Starting at 200lbs and trying to get back to 170lbs (haven't seen that number since 2013). I'm trying to really watch what I eat, cut alcohol and desserts, and up the exercise. Feel free to add me if you want more motivation in your newsfeed!

January 1, 2021 - 200 lbs. Highest weight of all time was in January 2013 (215 lbs), lowest adult weight was 169 lbs (June 2013). Goal for 2021 is to get back down to 170. Great to see others working on this, too! My BF is in recovery, and I'm trying to cut down my alcohol consumption because I always feel awkward drinking with him even though he says it doesn't matter at all. It matters to me, and I love having a community to support the cut back! January - NO ALCOHOL IN MY LIFE!

It sounds like all of your hard work it is actually paying off - it sounds like you've built a lot of muscle, which means the scale won't change a lot. If you're noticing a change in your clothes, you're on the right track.
