  • I usually have this every day- 1/2 c plain fat free Greek yogurt 1 banana 1/2 c blueberries or raspberries or frozen peaches or whatever I have. Pineapple is good too. Honey if you like it sweeter. Add some water and blend. So yummy! I add spinach if I have it. This thread is from 2007???
