Try intermittent fasting that will definately help u out. Try 5/2 regime i.e 5 days normal eating and 2 days only 500 calories. I must tell u that for weight loss u must have some patience. You will definately get the result.

You must try intermittent fasting. That too alternate day fast. When u are just 10 pounds from ur goal change fasting pattern to 4/3. After reaching ur goal. Switch to once a week pattern. All d best.
