Ok, so it would be perfectly acceptable to use a high weight low rep, for fat loss and also I will see decent strength gains at the same time?

For arguments sake, let's say weight loss. But I have always heard heavy weight low reps or lifting till failure is horrible. Which is why I am curious and asking about it.

Thanks, basically what I was looking for. I just wanted to hear different opinions good or bad, and pros and con's on either. I have always had pounded in my head light weight high reps. But recently read that it truthfully doesn't matter. So that was my question I guess. I just chose poor wording.

Haha, you are talking to a workboot sock guy. Wore them for everything. Then discovered and tried the Addis version of the running socks they are so nice. But mine is from work socks to those....lol. Big difference in general.

Sad part is a standard blood work up will miss it. Its something simple and non-contatigous so it isn't normally found. Only reason it was caught was he does this crazy in depth work up. I have dailyburn.com, its still a monthly membership. But, the trade off is very worth it. Being only home a week a month I refuse to pay for a gym membership, the rest of the time I use hotel gyms that I am at. Dailyburn, is a great website, they have about any type of work out program you could imagine.

You should talk to your doctor about it. I was having the same issue, took me so much longer to recover from said workout, it would mostly deter me. Turns out I have/had micro....something....I will get back to you on that. But he put me on antibiotics, and for the most part it has been a lot better.

I actually have a lot of body building buddy's, that carry a full size college rule note book with them. They use a page for every work out. If anything you will look like you know what you are doing versus not.

Get that, and I am too. I work on the road a lot. So its hard to stay accountable, or even motivated to work out when your nor always in the same place, or working the same hours.
