January 1st: 212 January 8th: 209 3lbs lost. Right on track, but would be better if I'd stuck to it everyday this week. I didn't count calories or go to the gym the past 3 days :\ Planning to kill it tonight and tomorrow though.

Sigh. I did an excellent job with all of my goals until today. I went to the gym and burned 300 calories and I was in good shape. I've been doing my squat challenge and am 15 miles in for my 100 miles in January challenge. But tonight I binged and I don't even know why.. It's not like I've been depriving myself of anything…

I came across this thread this morning and decided to give it a shot. I made a cute little calendar of the squats we have to do per day and put it on my wall. Day one is completed and I'm already sore :\ lol.
