Evening all I'm Dave 36 from the UK. Prior to Christmas I lost 6 stone 7lb but over the Xmas period put 1 stone 2lb back on. So back on it now looking to lose another 5 stone (70lb)

i have 146lb to get to my goal starting at 356lb wanting to get down to 210lb, huge target so am breaking it down into smaller target, 1st milestone is 48lbs which is 13.5% of my body weight, so fingers crossed :smile: feel free to add me
