Well I sometimes do the YouTube vid. By Brendan myers he has these "5minsabs" workouts if you're pressed for time and eating habits uh idk if I'm the best person to talk about as I'm struggling myself but one thing I did find helpful is making my own smoothies. It really helps me curve my appetite.
