I hear ya there, i am a MAJOR chocolate addict. I have to have some every day. I work in a chocolate cafe so it would be impossible for me not to have it. I always work it in my calories and just as long as I'm not over I'm good.

La croix is another good Substitute for soda. It's just sparking water and they have different flavors. Best sparkling water I've ever had and no sugar, sodium or caffeine.

Fitness blender is awesome! I do those when I hit a platue at the gym, I take a break and do the fitness blender and I start losing again I love it.

Turkey pepperoni..17 pieces for 70 calories with a couple crackers.. Yum!

I'm 5'1 and my starting weight was about 160 and I'm now 131! I started back in January and have about 11 more to go! 120 is my goal as of right now and then I'll see how I feel when I get there!

I always save room for chocolate.

I try and eat fairly healthy and stay in my calorie goal, but I do have cheat meals or cheat days..depends on how my week went and I still am losing weight.

I started noticing around 3-4 weeks, everyone else noticed alittle before I did.

MFP had me set at 1200 when I first started but I was always so hungry I upped it to 1350 and it seems to have worked for me and I'm Not super hungry anymore like I was at 1200 calories

Their passion fruit tea with lemonade/sweetened is my favorite but often I get the green tea or iced green tea :)

i feel the same way! so ive started having a cheat meal once a week and maybe a cheat snack once or twice a week instead of cheat days, so far seems to be helping!

I get myself a good music playlist, songs that make me wanna move! Music is key to working out, especially when doing cardio! At least for me, it helps a ton! Also, I try picturing myself at my goal, which usually helps! Hope that helps, Good luck!

I gave up diet soda and haven't had one in over a year!! I had a serious diet soda addiction but tried my hardest to let it go so I know the struggle. I started drinking green tea, and flavoring my water with fruit and its sooo good! I miss diet soda sometimes but every now and then I'll treat myself to a regular root beer…
