  • 18/20 this week. I missed 2 workouts because of not feeling great a couple of days...but I did do some squats and physical activity one night while playing a video game with my husband so I really only had 2 days of rest without activity.
  • My daughter is about to be 17 months. She's always been on the tall and heavier side of the scale, but she's starting to thin out now that she is running everywhere! She's very smart and loves books! We have about a hundred on the living room floor right now! She even "reads" to us regularly and she cracks me up!

  • Doing pretty well. I was down 4.2 lbs roughly. I lost 3 inches in my hips!!! That was the biggie. I either lost half an inch to an inch everywhere else or stayed the same. Feeling better and stronger every day!
  • I did 5 out of 6 workouts (was not feeling well one night and had to skip), 7 days of logging, and 7 days of 7 hours of sleep! Woot! 19 points!
  • Logged all meals all 7 days, did all 6 workouts, drank half my weight in ounces of water 6 of the 7 days. Total = 19 pts.
  • I have a 32 oz bottle I fill about 4 times a day! It's great!last week I think I was drinking over a gallon each day, but I was dehydrated so it boosted me.   • I logged every day this week Monday through Sunday and I did the challenge all of the 6 days! I also did the intro the first day! I hope this motivation keeps up with me because it's feeling really good!
