Yes! and Tetleys and at a push Typhoo.

I weigh every couple of months but try not to do it at all. It acts as a huge de-motivator for me. I prefer to measure and look in the mirror and judge by how I feel during workouts. I have a little scrap book that I note down in.
-
Now that is an introduction! As Billy Connolly would say you sound "windswept and interesting". feel free to add me:)
-
I wish that I had read this a few years back because it actually works.

smh, if you think that then you need not judge what she says on her youtube video. Having a photo comparison of how much weight she may or may not have gained is fat shaming. You make yourself no better than her.
-
Seems just kinda hypocritical to compare how much fatter a person who fat shames is. Surley your just doing the same thing as she is?
-
The double standards in this thread are quite something.
-
So what? Isnt that fat shaming?
-
:) UK'er here.

Hey its Khloé Kardashians birthday on June 27th, you dont think that maybe the op has an invite to the party?
-
Cool. Time to start eating loads of fatty foods and tell the neighbours what I really think of them.
-
So what happens in 2 months and 21 days?

His post does credit webmd :) (3rd paragraph)
-
:) me too!

All he did was cook for her a couple of times and ask if she wanted to jump in on a workout and that makes him a bad boyfriend and "she'd be better off without him". Crikey how harshly people judge others.

Great well balanced post with good advice. :)

Im just trying to get by as happy and quiet as I can straight down the line (boring basically but content) ; I don't see that as an agenda. To me an agenda would imply having ulterior motives.
-
errr.. really? I dont have any. (maybe just me). I think you might be projecting onto the op things that are not relevant to them. Your last paragraph bears no link to anything I saw the OP post. You might be reading too close between the lines perhaps? He just seems like a guy who finds himself in a situation where he…

OP also said I love to cook rich foods and often spoil her with it. But when I became focused on my own health and started cooking more healthier options, she just stopped eating my cooking entirely and just goes out to eat. Just sounds like someone who likes to cook not somebody with an agenda.

Wow you look amazing! Well done.

Give myself a break. ( the world is harsh and judgmental enough without me adding to it) Chill out more (on the scale of things those absolute important things really are not) Appreciate what I already have

I'm with you as well, ready for a positive change.
