The 200 is a big psychological benchmark. The scale I have at home has me fluctuating between 199 and 195 for well over two years now. Every 6 mos I go to the Dr and his scale reads 200 or 201 EVERY TIME. But anyway, I used to be about 220-5 and it turned out rapidly losing those 20 pounds without actually doing anything…
