  • My suggestion would be to cut out all the mountain dews...too much sugar. Drink more water. If you're not ready to give them up try diet Dr. Pepper. It taste pretty good and don't have the cals.
  • protein shake- 1 cup unsweet almond milk, 1/2 banana, 9 tbsp liquid egg whites (from dairy section ) 1 scoop super advanced whey isolate by Phrick's body fortress. 2 tbsp steel cut oats. blend it all together, chill, enjoy. 372 cals with 5 gm fat, and 49 grams of protein. You won't be hungry for a while! -
  • I drink a protein shake. = 1 scoop of phrick's body fortress super advanced whey isolate. I get it at Walmart in vanilla creme. I add 9 tbsps of egg whites (dairy section-they come in a carton) 1/s a banana, add any fruit you like , I also add 2 tbsp of steel cut oats. blend it all up, put it in the freezer a few minutes…
