@leveejohn I was amazed how EASY it was! I plan on incorporating it mid week so Wednesday will be a non-eating day. Then do my usual OMAD throughout the week. Sunday/Saturday I will probably have 2 meals so my fiance won't kill me. He thinks I'm crazy for doing fasting but he sees how happy I am so that keeps him quite ha!

@dajoloehr I was lazy so I just steamed some already riced cauliflower and blended it with butter and salt and pepper. I'm trying to stay away from cream and cheese right now, but these recipes below are awesome! Check them out! I really want to try the loaded cauli-mash one day! Easy Creamy Cauliflower Mash:…

We are missing you but glad to see that you are fighting your way back. Being sick for 5 weeks and a stressful job! EKkkk...cry your eyes out as much as you want. But you know it will get better. It always does. These challenges make us stronger in the end even though it doesn't seem like it at the time! March is almost…

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Muscle is denser and takes up less space. A pound of fat weighs just as much as a pound of muscle. I would go by measurements or do the bodpod to get an accurate account of your bodyfat percentage.

@leveejohn by the way I've never seen cinnamon capsules before!! Very interesting. Cinnamon is awesome!

@leveejohn I started taking Vitamin D because when I moved to Portland last year I was not used to the rain and gloomy weather. I was always getting sun in LA and the change started to affect my mood. It can be quite depressing. I really started feeling better after taking it. But if I lived in a sunny area I probably…

I fast until dinner then I feast! Having one meal a day has helped me shed the pounds and I like to feel satisfied at night!

I can't believe how amazing I feel! Doing this 48 hour fast has not been hard at all so far (knock on wood). It was a little tough falling asleep but I woke up energized, not hungry, and really proud of myself for doing this! I get to eat my OMAD tonight and will post a photo. I've been really gorging myself during my OMAD…

@leveejohn Love that you posted your meal! It looks like one of mine. Ha! I totally forgot about the 1 plate rule. I'm implementing it tonight. After my 48 hour fast I don't want to over indulge. Your roast looks so moist! @dajoloehr Did you make those salmon burgers yourself?

@leveejohn would love to see a posting of your fatty coffee! Ha!

@leveejohn When you foam roll over a "knot" you need to keep the pressure on it for at least 30 seconds but preferrably when the muscle relaxes. This is usually not very comfortable and can be quite painful. It can feel like a mini charlie horse because your muscles will be contracting and fighting against the pressure.…

Why?? You have consistently been losing and doing fantastic!

Yep! totally been there too. But you are right the more nutrient dense foods you eat the better off you will be! Glad to see you are back on track. We all have these days, and we learn from them and move on. Now get it!!

Yay! So happy you are here. I'm on my 3rd week of OMAD and it has already changed my life for the better. I don't stress out on the specifics because I just wanted to get used to eating one meal a day. I haven't stuck to the 1 plate "rule" and still have gotten great results. Now that I am comfortable with OMAD I am ready…

I love Keto!!! Hopefully you can get through the "keto flu" okay. Make sure you get enough salt, magnesium and potassium.
