Welcome Tanya! I have the "all or nothing" mentality too which is hard to break from, however, OMAD has given me the structure I need with the flexibility of choosing my own yummy meals! Getting out of your comfort zone is tough but you did it!! We are an awesome and supportive group. I'm so happy you joined!

@blambo61 Every body is different. I can handle meat but can't handle fruit, dairy, gluten or starchy vegetables. So the only thing I am left with is meat ha ha! But I'm adding veggies in now. I figured I'm not going to eat just meat for the rest of my life so I should stop this stupidity.

@dajoloehr Meals are super simple. I'll eat anywhere between 1 pound to 2 pounds of meat. But I don't think I could get through 2 pounds during one meal. Since doing OMAD my TOM has improved so much! I'm so relieved. I'm still pretty new to OMAD but I have seen a huge decrease in cravings around that time. I used to eat everything in sight but now I have WAY more control!

My cycle has completely done a 180 for the BETTER! I used to have horrible cramping and bloating that left me unable to do anything but lay on the couch for about 4 days. Now...I have no bloat or pain and the cravings are so much less. I'm so happy!! I'm curious to see if you will have less water retention as your OMAD…

Those are the best buffalo cauliflowers I have ever seen! I made cauli-mash for the first time and rice and loved them both! Super yum!

3 miles a day!! Dang girlfriend you are on fire!! I went from working out twice a day to sitting on my butt for 9 hours to go home and slump on the couch for another 3 ha ha! You inspire me to move!! I have tomorrow off so I will be doing spin classes for the next 3 days!

This 48 hour fast is a lot harder I must say....but I'm hanging in! I'll have my OMAD in about 1 hour and it will be bacon burger patties that my fiance is making. He sent me a video of 2 sheets of bacon cooking in the oven. Ha! It was torture!

Yes, I couldn't imagine only eating meat for an extended amount of time. The interviews I have been reading, people have been doing it for like 8 plus years!! It is incredible the different diets people do and what works for them!

I read on a zero carb blog that you shouldn't intermittent fast while doing it. I love fasting and only eat 1 meal a day and hoped to do zero carb. I just don't want to over stress my system. Anyone experience success eating zero carb and fasting??
