Sorry you felt so crummy! It is hard to eat out because you never know what they put in your food. Sometimes days like these are good reminders for me that I'm not really missing out when it comes to dinning at restaurants. I'm sure you will feel better when you go back to your home cooked meals!! @brendagaudette You're killing me...I have 3 more hours until my OMAD and you show me your to-die-for breakfast pizza! I miss cheese. Well eating OMAD has helped with my grocery budget. I used to spend so much on food eating 6 small meals a day and talk about the dishes and prep time. OMAD is so easy I love it. Whoo hoo!! I'm jealous. I want to work out too but sticking to my weekend workouts only. How do you not cheat on OMAD when you train. Are you just able to eat enough during your one meal? I know you are lifting heavier these days which takes so much energy!

Avocado is not even my favorite but I eat it because I need potassium since I do the Ketogenic diet. If it wasn't for that I probably would rarely ever eat it. Yeah...it is hard for me to hold back when I workout. I definitely "over do it" and then pay for it later. I'm deciding whether or not I should hold off on training Mon-Fri so I can for sure do OMAD and then just train Sat/Sun when I have 2 meals. Working out with OMAD is slowly killing me. Ha! I just need to eat more on those days or have some coconut oil in the afternoon to hold off the hungry monster until my OMAD dinner. Say what??? As you may have noticed I eat a whole one everyday. It's mainly because I do the Ketogenic diet. So no guacamole! Ha! Does it not appeal to you? My fiancé can't stand it. He says it's a texture thing for him.

I love coconut oil! I cook with it since it has a higher smoke point. Before OMAD I used to put it in my coffee 1 tablespoon with 1 tbsp. of grass fed butter (kerry gold) and 1 tbsp. of heavy whipping cream. You need to blend it to make it frothy. It is delicious!! And yes, it will keep you full for a very long time!
