Good job getting it in Pisanee! π€ I did none yesterday but today I did a 30 set in the morning before work and 30 just now. Since they only take me each under five minutes I donβt really count them as true exercise, tho I am rethinking that- my heart rate was thru the roof! π

I do 30 in a row, though I do rest at the standing position whenever I need to. Which is often. π And yes, as a cardio & strengthening move , I keep it separate from anything else by a couple hours. Managed to do a set of 30 at noon and one after dinner on Monday π

Daily post (late) Friday Dec 6 Tracked my food and was over in calories Excercise: only 1 set of 30 burpees. Steps: 6700 gah!!

I have my 3yr old granddaughter for the weekend, so we did burpees together. So fun! Did the whole set of 30 in one session yesterday afternoon but it took 20 minutes π
