Happy New Year Team Slimsons! This is my 2nd month with the team. I broke a 5lb up βn down plateau last month and super excited to see if I can get down yet another five this month. Run/walks and lifting are my thing for activity, but flexibility and balance are my challenges. SW this month 191.4 π€

I am Sammy and I have a spartan race this coming August, which means I have burpees in my future, and in front of a lot of people- so I want to be able to bang them out with grace. Plus- they burn fat. I have a LOT of fat to burn. Starting stats 57, 5β1β, 191.9lbs Goal: 1 burpee a day. Every day. Yes I hope to do more on aβ¦

Hmm... what happens to me on longer runs is sleepy eyes and uncontrollable yawning... βlift the chest up and breathe deeperβ I was told, and that works to stop it somewhat. Maybe try that too?
