By far the best advice I've ever gotten..."You should try the keto diet" followed by a long-winded explanation why. Down 30lbs so far :)

Cut your carbs = Lose weight! I noticed a difference right away when I did (30lbs so far). If you're eating any carbs, do it before noon, and after that do healthy meats with good fats & veggies, and no eating after 7pm. If you do that in addition to your crossfit, and it should start melting off!

Hi there! I'm trying keto for the first time..been doing it and tracking for 36 days now and unfortunately I think I've hit a plateau. But I'm still going strong with keto! If you want some encouragement go ahead and add me and maybe we can help each other out along the way :)
