Amazing results! I have been doing a combination of a little cardio (tread,eliptical, bike, row) pretty much what we want to try that day. Jumping in late, last month I had a goal of 35 miles and things got crazy busy, and I came home for a dog show and lost all motivation. I made it 8miles/35. I'm gunna go for 25 as I feel like thats attainable. 05/01- 2miles

@shanaber I love agility! We do everything, conformation, obedience, getting into weight pull soon, nosework, tracking. All sorts. No running today, worked a super busy event, with my dog in tow. We are both going for a nap now. Happy running everyone!

I graduated last week! So happy with the program. Biggest tip, GO SLOW. Trust me when you get to some of the longer runs and you will struggle a bit, people told me to slow down when I struggled and even though I thought if I went any slower Id be walking, it really helps. Thanks!! My first dog show of the season is in 3.5 weeks and the running has helped me not only lose some weight(20 lbs!) but it also will help me keep up with the dogs I show (white shepherds) which move very quickly. And I'm finding even as work is getting hectic and there's lots of training with the dogs, the running…

Graduated today!!! I started this program like 3 times and I've finally finished! I went from being a person who would only go to the gym with a friend and it didn't take much to talk me out of going. To being cranky if I miss a day at the gym, and I go by myself without a thought. Feeling amazing!!

Did W7D3 today, got up feeling like crap with a sick puppy(he's alright but I bet he will never eat a sock again). Did the 25min run and I had to slow down, but on Fridays my goal this month is to do the 3.1 miles even just walking the last bit. I did day 2 twice as I wasn't feeling well on the second day. When it was time to do day 3 I completed it no problem. I'm now on week 7 and I can run 25 min straight. Go easy but you will be surprised at how well you do.
