Yes, winter definitely adds more stress and can be discouraging. We need to think beyond the time limitations of the challenge and know that we are in this for the long run. 16/20 Didn't make time for all the workouts

I like that I have to report my weight each week. I find that now I just keep aiming to show progress for the week. Unfortunately, I find myself slacking on the workouts a bit because I've been doing some intense workouts at the gym (the last two weeks). Happy New Year! My name is Adina and I live in Toronto, Canada. I have a three year old boy and can relate to those who say it can be hard to find the time to dedicate to losing weight. My goal is to lose 15 - 20 pounds. I look forward to the encouragement I gain through doing this group challenge.
