The doctor I saw laughed at the idea of chiro and physical therapy saying I would be going for life. He said I could just do the exercises at home, but I only have a few from my chiropractor.

I'm currently in bed- much earlier than usual. I did a bit of strength training plus my 10,000 steps. I avoided FF until the end of the day. Note to self : *eat before I'm hungry so I don't make a rash STARVING decision*

Same boat with more to lose. I start out with a lot of steam then fall back into routine, gain and start again.

No I intentionally leave it undone. I'm a social worker and when I worked in residential setting bedbugs happened. I heard an unkempt bed is less inviting. No idea if it is true but it is a good excuse ;)

How insightful. I also sabotage myself. Every time j lose a little I find an excuse to indulge and end up with a few more friends in the journey with me.

I too am starting again. I would love a supportive group to help me stick it out. Tough love doesn't really work for me, it has the opposite effect.
