It could be a lot of things: restless leg syndrome, sugar issues, electrolyte issues, allergic reactions to wheat/gluten, ect. I have that issue but it is not tied to any of these things. I have Fibromyalgia and CMP. I get the spasms/twitches at random times of the day/night.

I agree with everything already said but I would like to add that I think you are drinking too much oolong tea. Oolong has caffeine in it and is dehydrating for the body. 1 cup in the morning is fine but then switch over to an herbal tea or just plain water.
