  • I'm not to Seitan and absolutely love it! Got some smoked slices from the local health food place and had it for breakfast with thin sliced and baked potatoes and an egg on top. How do you make it? I've tried once and it didn't come out well :(
  • Today was caponata... it was seriously amazing. cindytw the problem I find is transporting this stuff to work without it turning into complete mush/leaking everywhere. Salad wraps are a lovely thing to do properly at home but they just don't work for me at work :(
  • I have it cold but if you take it out the fridge to come to room temperature first and then put it in for 30 seconds at a time it heats up nicely without going rubbery
  • My log is a mess as I like to cook my own things from scratch but I'm getting better at it (just found the add your own recipe/food bit). Love some inspiration though!
