1 package guacamole or Ranch hidden Valley dips. 4 tablespoons Real bacon bits. Spray baking dish with pam. Arrange chicken evenly and neatly. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with the hidden valley dips. Evenly distribute bacon pieces over that. Bake until done.

Frozen red grapes are my favorite. It takes time investment to wash and bag them, but so worth it. Try them dipped in fat free cool whip frozen as well.
