Spinning, biking, and elliptical isn't too bad. Stretching and good shoes are a must. Google vionic orthoheel shoes. I swear by that brand of shoe.

I've done T25, loved it. I'm just finishing Bodybeast and love that as well but not a lot of cardio. Will max 30 be a killer? Is there tons of Plyometrics?

Well said! I weigh every day and have been told not to do so. It works for me. I am in maintenance mode and like to keep myself in check. I try not to beat myself up about the numbers but it keeps me honest.

Maintaining is my goal as well. Eat clean, stay dedicated to healthy lifestyle choices. I am in the push phase of extreme chalean and love it. Happy 2015
