I'm 5'4", I've lost 45 pounds post-pregnancy with 30 more to lose to goal. I'm in the zone and logging every day. I would love more friends!

Yes - through nursing 2 babies. Some bodies are just built to hold on to it while nursing, which would be great if we were cavewomen. I'm still nursing #2 and know that when we wean the weight will start coming off again. Try not to get discouraged!

I agree, move at your own pace - based on whatever your goal is. I want to finish in a month, so I'm sticking to one level a week, with a target 3-5 times before moving on. I definitely can't do them without modifying, but I am seeing improvement.

I just tried to add you mamas as friends. I'm slowly dropping pumps/daytime feeds, so far I haven't noticed any change in weight...guess I'll give it some time.

My 2nd just turned 6 months and we are finally getting into a sort of routine...I'm also nursing, the weight stays on for me while nursing, it's a real struggle. I'm starting to wean a little so hoping for faster progress soon. Feel free to friend me, we can support each other. Good luck!

Well, I couldn't do the video today with the kids napping (too loud) so I made today a running day instead. I'm mixing in a couch to 5k app. Hope to be back to ripped in 30 tomorrow!

Day 1/week 1 complete! I had to do the push ups on my knees, so my goal will be to be able to complete the same set without knees by the end of the 30 days. I also had to modify the upright rows due to tendonitis in my elbows but not much I can do about that. I'd love to hear how y'all are doing!

Baby #2 is turning 6 months on Monday. I never lost weight while nursing and have to be careful not to affect my supply, but now I'm ready to really put the effort as we get closer to weaning. Feel free to add me, I'm just jumping back in and need motivation!
