I just ordered it. I like the idea of being able to SEE my food and how it adds up for the whole day. I also wanted to shake things up. MFP is great but it does not make me eat less it just counts what I eat. How is the program going for you so far?

Down 5lbs since the 1st. Yay. Yay. Yay. I am avoiding refined foods and moving more. We can do this.

I am in!!! I am focusing on small goals, 5lbs at a time, 5lbs a month. This fits perfectly. I workout regularly and have a very hard time losing weight. I track my food, stay within range, yet still struggle to drop even 5lbs. I really need this motivation to stay with it. I cannot gain ANY more weight.
