Gained 2 pounds but still down 3. I'll chalk that up to less activity this week. And the beat goes on. Keep at it all! We have to keep motivated and stay confident because its already been 3 weeks! Very proud of our group.

So this week had two days of horrible eating and to be honest I thought of throwing in the towel but I'm tired of quitting and starting over. I count today as a complete win. Even after a night I thought would completely derail me I've lost 4 pounds! I'm back on track and pushing through. Day 2 was successful got my run in first thing before work. Going to make some visual to count down the days. I just feel inspired that we have a whole group attempting this! I wish we could post inspirational clips that we find along the way. Stay strong everyone!

I'm in. This will be my first group challenge as well. My stats are 5'11 and 165. I would like to lose 5 pounds by Halloween and be able to run 5 miles continuously 3 times a week. I just need the accountability of weekly weigh ins and commraderie. Let's do this!
