Yes, the calories will adjust after you lose more weight...my calories started out at 2220 now at 2110 after 35 lb. weight loss....

My goal weight loss is 60 pounds too!! My weight loss for 95 days is 35 pounds. If you stick to your calorie count, you should continue to lose the weight.

My first month I lost 17 lbs. and this was difficult...The first 10 days was low carb eating between 300-800 calories under my goal. I'm at 35 lbs. lost in 95 days...calories in/calories out..Good luck!!

I logged everything I eat and Saturday I was over 800 calories from my daily goal...That Whitman's Chocolate rabbit went down too good!!!

Today if I would hit a buffet, I would try to eat a balanced meal. Salad and/or soup, beverage of choice, one plate of food not overflowing and a dessert which I would take several bites ad leave the rest. I've worked too hard to blow my diet now...When the weather warms up, then I will eat more since I can ride my bike…

It's not a cheat day if you keep your calories under for the day. I ate 4 slices of Little Caesar's deep dish and still lost a pound over a 3 day period.]

Yes, I can't sleep more than 2-3 hrs. wake up than try to get another hour or two. Hopefully, this will change when find a job!

Friday April 3rd-9.21 miles @ 15.52 avg. Next time out increase the mileage to 10-12 miles. Thank god for energy shots!!!! :)

I'm in for this month with no mileage goals. Since my 3 knee surgeries, started walking the first 3 months and dropped 34 pounds since January 1st. When I was at my goal weight of 218, I was riding150+ miles a week. Now, I'm back to square one.. starting over... 4/2 9.2 miles@14.25 avg.

If your goal is to bulk up, increasing the weight/intensity of strength workouts and decreasing cardio to 2-3 hours will accomplish your gains. Of course, you will need to check your macros and increase your protein intake.
