I've been here since January but don't have many friends. I am honest, log in daily and have an open diary. I am mostly on a paleo diet (on and off) but am currently on the whole30. Anyone can feel free to add me. Good luck in your weight loss journeys :smile:

I weigh almost every day but if I am especially bloated or feel I have gained I don't step on the scale for a few days - I avoid bad news! :) I find weighing myself almost daily helps me keep in check.

I've been on Paleo since August and have lost 17 lbs but I am losing interest since my weight has kind of leveled off and I haven't lost anything since November. Started using MFP and garmin vivofit (Christmas present) and am hoping to get the most out of it and lose a few more pounds.
