  • Yeah, I Get some pretty significant water retention from high sodium, which is one of the reasons why I don't think the sodium is a problem cause I haven't experienced any water retention recently. Thanks for your answer

  • Sorry, I think I confused you, my fitbit takes my basic metabolic rate and then adds the calories I burn so when I say I burn that daily I mean on top of my metabolism. So exercise wise I burn about 800-1200 calories a day
