I'm not sure what it is about the scales we have that always land on .4 of every weigh-in?! It seems a bit suspicious. They aren't the best scales, and kind of old, but at least give me a general idea. I'm curious to know what brands other people here use to weigh themselves. Sept. @wavybabygray It is really hard to be patient, and it is baby steps (and sometimes what feels like a long pause.) Your progress is that you continue to show up in spite of your frustration.
