Yes I do go to a dietitian, but it is the cravings where I have problems and since I it has only been a few months since surgery, I am sure in time it will all adjust itself.

HUM....thanks....I lost 67 lbs since Dec. 4th worked in a gym for 5 years....I have a little bit of knowledge on weight loss....but thanks for making me feel like an idiot.

I eat about 1200 cals a day give or take...I had lapband done on Dec. 4 and I am having a hard time adding cals. when in fact I probably should be eating 1500 or so....I work out 6 days a week burning anywhere from 500 to 800 cals.

i do like to eat chicken when I need to add protein....and it is so low in cals. for mean. I like the air popcorn idea with the choc. caramel seasoning...I will have to give that one a try. I also like the frozen banana idea....thanks everyone for some new ideas!

Ugh Dawn I want stuff that taste good...like cake, cookies and chocolate....lol....last night I had a cucumber I wonder how that would taste dipped in chocolate!

Everyone has something they enjoy, weather you call it a cheat or not. It tastes really really good as far as I am concern then it probably should not be put in mouth. I think if it was me, I would aim for 8 pounds in 5 weeks. If it is more then you won't be disappointed.

Veggies hardly have any cals. so no I do not believe that you need to weigh them, I just do an estimate of how much I eat. I do not measure anything....I don't have time for that crap. I think your mind takes awhile to catch up with you body, but in your case it may take a bit longer because you had been overweight your whole life. I look at my body as a whole, I look at it as being part of me and who I am, if I feel good that is what matters most not what the mirror says. One thing that does bother me…
