Mini Challenge 1/6 Tracking: Yes Calories: No Exercise: No I had a birthday party this evening that I forgot about. Went over calories a bit. Exercise didn’t happen either. Looking back I’m a little disappointed right now that I didn’t get it in today, but tomorrow is a new day! Excited for this journey still :)

Hello! Happy Saturday. Mini Challenge 1/5 Tracking: Yes Calories: No Exercise: Light Mall walking, probably 20 minutes total. Today was a meh day of eating and no formal exercise at the gym. Already missing the good food and getting a good workout in. I’m back at it tomorrow!

October Weigh in Today’s weight: 158 Today was a good reminder that I’m only 3 lbs away from my next goal weight of 155. I’d really like to hit that before the end of the month. It can be done and I’m hoping to finish out this month on a good note.
