Here in london aqua fitness been going for years. Definitely not for just old people. I did it yesterday and it was hard and I do 1 and half hrs cardio in gym and zumba. So don't get fooled that its easy. It does seem to work different parts than gym on land so variety will be good.

Water workout and loved it! I do gym and zumba but this was brill. I like the variety of different exercise methods then I do not get bored. :D also 40 minutes brisk too.

I use that also at the gym but there are still instructors around to monitor..

Hiya go at your own pace. Mention it to the gym instructor and they should keep an eye on you and give you support and advice. My instructor is good and I felt like that when I went back to gym after I had a stroke. You will be fine, you may just need reassurance from the professionals at gym. Anxiety attacks do raise your…

Wow excellent well done! I'm in the early days and finding fast days tough at lunchtime. I guess you just have to adapt. I fasted one day went to the gym and put weight on so its made me sceptical. Thats amazing what you've achieved, I'm really impressed. X

Thanks. I fast 2 days a week and lost weight after fast day. I went to the gym on another fast day when we eat only 500 calories and did 90 minutes and the day after I weighed a pound more!! Can't work that out...

Hi I started 1st jan on the fast diet 5:2 as usual calorie counting and eating less than 1000 calories a day didn't work. It is helping already. you need to find a method you can stick to for life. Hi I'm on a new year mission too. Started the fast diet yesterday and today is fast day. ive tried so hard and get miserable when the weight dont come off. Give this ago and back to gym next week. Good luck to you and stay positive.
