I am starting as of today. Am off work this week so late night will mean that. From Monday my late night will be the morning which is my danger time, as I work nights :D Best wishes everyone.

I will join from today and will aim for 5 500ml bottles a day which I think is around 85 oz I have been trying to up my water and to cut down on soda drinks, but will find it hard to cut down on cofee. Best wishes eveyone :)

Think it's just about 3600. I'm aiming for 4x500 ml bottles to start ( 2 litres ). Been trying for that the last month but I've been inconsistent.

Some really impressive stats here, especially after a long run. Greetings folks. Just seen this and great idea for a thread. I'll aim for 50 miles a month and hopefully do that and a bit more. Got my reject mag for next years London marathon today so forced my self out for a run. 1st October 6.2 miles.

Definitely for me to the soreness goes as your body gets stronger and gets used to it. Unfortunately lately I do seem to creak a bit. People saying that I'm no spring chicken anymore doesn't help :D
