  • mouse: that's an amazing strategy for the candy bar :) laloquita: you are very inspiring, thank you for taking the time out of your day to do so jackshort: events are my biggest challenge, but I try to socialize more than eat. If I am constantly moving and talking then I have less time to eat, and don't stick out as the…
  • MrsBlobs: the donut always gets me, seriously have wrote about the donut twice since joining. Kuddos for being strong!! I also eat only about 100 above my calories regardless of exercise. Saffyra: Chalean X is the same. You don't have to know anything (I didn't). SHe's very slow and takes you through and tutors all of them…
  • Sorry can't be more supportive, but I did read everyone's check ins. I'm tired tonight, and sore, and feeling rushed (I don't know why either). My check in: Exercise 7 times, 3 chalean, 3 abs: swim, chalean burn 1, and ab burner, so all 3 again!! yay, love these days!! Calories, with protein being higher than fat: hell…
  • bobbijo: I ordered chalean extreme from amazon and got it used (much cheaper). If the person doesn't include the paperwork that it comes with you can google search it and print it out for free. The paperwork keeps track of your personal weight lifted and how many reps you can do.
  • good luck on meeting the other two, and the goals that we think are the easiest often slip out of our mind, you're not as worried about them. No worries, you'll get this!

My favorite part was when I repelled off of waterfalls at the top.…
  • My check in: Exercise 7 times, 3 chalean, 3 abs: did absolutely nothing, was a bum, and feel exhausted today Calories, with protein being higher than fat: crap, is it awful that I have to check every single time right before I type the answer? And check. 3 servings of fruits/veggies daily: nope, 2, not 3
  • wow, I was feeling lazy today, and then felt like I at least needed to try to exercise, and only got through 22 minutes of interval. That is intense. Last week I had to cut it in half as well, more due to time constraint. Next week I'm turning it into a goal! Kuddos to you!
  • Nichole: how you are you enjoying your boot camp? Those things intimidate me. Babygirl: my father runs marathons, and I always admire those that do them! otranquility: I love the "6'4" teddy bear". My hubby is tall too. bobbijo: have you done any exercise videos or are they not enough? I just started Chalean X a week ago…
  • Papillon: awesome day today! It's a rest day for me too, and I'm really thinking of doing absolutely nothing today. You're right though, in order to get up…
  • MAK - I hear you, for me it was the blasted donut again this weekend, but m&ms would've done me in too. Glad you brought lunch and snacks, that helps for your day I'm quite sure. HeartsDesire: way to make that goal, and still realize that bed is important to make yet another goal! awesome bhurley: excellent consistency…
  • littlemount: yeah, I try to not eat my exercise calories as well, I fully support that. Now that I'm stagnant and close to my goal, this week I'm upping my calories and seeing if that helps any. Great job on the goals! danlyn: I'm so so glad you're back! Sounds like your had a super Sunday, and glad you're feeling better.
  • trufflepig: I started about the same time, almost 2 months now. Love this site. About me: I'm recently remarried to an incredibly fit, tall (6'2") marine. I want to be able to keep up with him physically (or at least come close). I have three children, from 16 to 3 years old. I am used to yo-yo-ing between 115 and 125 lbs,…

Philosohoe: I don't think I can incorporate swimming with her, we both know I'm not that motivated to swim that much, lol. But look at what…

  • Ladygloria - my respect for you doing chalean is greatly increased, and anyone that can stick to a schedule has my awe and admiration. I have chopped up parts of the very first video and done it without weights about a week ago, but once my weights came in I'm all for it. Today I did that video again with weights. Don't…
