Hey, I am into the muscles gain more then the weight lose. I am at the gym everyday and need the encouragement on my side to. It would be nice to help each other and get that drive going.

I am in too. I have 10 pounds to losse but also want to get back in shape. I exercise from 5am to 6am everymorning and from 7pm to 8 pm at night to firm my skin. I just stated zumba and hope that will help too. Let me know if you want me in your team

Hello, I am the same. I keep on going back and say that this time I will go on, but I kindda loose the time to enter the food and no motivation. I would love to do this with you. I think we can motivate each other to keep on going.
